Sarah Milko, is the Executive Director of AutismUp and a founder of Golisano Autism Center. Prior to Sarah’s work in the autism services field, she worked for 17 years as Chief of Staff for a once prominent local NYS Member of the Assembly.  That experience, coupled with her passion and determination as a parent of a young adult with autism are the driving force behind her daily fight to shift the paradigm for how a community embraces those living with neurodiversity. Sarah, a resident of Penfield and a graduate of Canisius College, leads her dedicated team in their shared vision to create a clear and successful path to the future for all local individuals living with ASD.
